1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damages.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping:

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Spindle and Loom will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup by our shipping partner.
  • If you are returning the item due to personal preference or any other reason not related to damage or defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • If you choose a refund, the original payment method used during the purchase will be credited for the refund amount.
  • In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after processing the return.

5. Restocking Fee:

  • Spindle and Loom does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns within the specified timeframe.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing images or videos showing the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter by offering a replacement or a refund.

7. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

8. Returns Address:

The return shipping address will be provided by our customer support team when you initiate the return process. Please do not return any items before receiving the return address.
